Healing Tea Mixture
1/2 oz nettle leaves
1/2 oz yarrow flowers
1/2 oz St. John's Wort
1/2 oz juniper berries
1/4 oz peppermint leaves

Pour boiling water over the herb mixture; use 1-2 tsp of herbs per cup. Steep for 10 minutes; strain.

Sip it half an hour after meals. This tea tastes good sweetened with honey.
