Tea For Cramps
This is good for females that get cramps during their menstrual period.

Black Cohosh (50 %), this herb relieves cramping and can actually shorten the menstrual period from 5-7 days, to 2-4 days.

Meadow Sweat (25%) this herb has been known to relieve cramping and upset stomachs.

Catnip (25%) , to calm nerves and relieve cramping.

Steep for 15 min.

Another herb that can be taken in conjunction with this tea is Elderberries. Elderberries are a great mild sedative and they induce vitamin C into the blood stream. I would just make it in a separate tea. This tea can be taken up to three times a day for five days or as needed.
The perfect temperature for tea is two degrees hotter than just right.
