1/2 cup light olive oil
1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
1-2 whole clove buds
2-3 drops lavender essential oil
2-3 drops ylang-ylang essential oil
Place the lavender flowers inside a clean bottle or jar. Pour the olive oil over the lavender and add the drops of essential oils. Place a stopper or lid on your container and gently shake to mix the ingredients. Let the oil sit for one week. To use: pour into clean hands and massage into your skin. This is also a nice oil to massage into your temples to help you sleep at night.
Note: Ylang-ylang, or perfume tree, as it is sometimes called, is a large tree with glossy leaves and spicy Jasmine-scented yellow flowers. These trees are native to Southeast Asia and Australia.
A hospital should also have a recovery room adjoining the cashier's office.
