1 package (2 ounces) dried wakame (Japanese seaweed, available at natural food stores)
Reconstitute dried wakame by soaking it in warm water for several minutes. Wrap the soft wet strands around your limbs or drape them across your body while soaking in a bath.
Soak 30 to 40 minutes and rinse.
