SESAME OIL SUNSCREEN
1/4 tsp borax powder
1/2 cup hot, strong tea (use 3-4 black or orange pekoe tea bags)
1/2 cup dark sesame oil
1 T grated beeswax
Dissolve beeswax in tea, stir well, and set aside. Mix oil and beeswax in a glass measuring cup, then place in a pan with 1-2" of water in the stove.
Heat wax and oil over med. heat until beeswax is melted, stirring occ. Remove mixture from water bath, slowly add tea, stirring briskly or in blender. Cool lotion completely before using. Apply before going out in sun and re-apply hourly when outside.
