1 TSp Mint (Any Flavor)
2 Tsp Light Oil
1 Tsp Grated Bees wax
Place leaves in a glass bowl and gently bruise using the back of a spoon. Pour oil over leaves and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit for several days. For a stronger scented oil, replace the leaves each day. Mix the mint oil with the wax. Gently heat until wax melts, stirring. Pour into a clean container and let cool completely.

Chamomile: Use the tea for nerves and menstrual cramps. The tea is also useful for babies and small children with colds and stomach troubles. Also used to calm the body for inducing sleep in insomniac conditions. It is also a good wash for sore eyes and open sores.
