FLORAL ALOE VERA GEL
1/2 cup aloe vera gel
1 T. dried lavender flowers or 3 T. fresh lavender flowers
1 T. dried calendula (marigold) flowers or 3 T. fresh calendula flowers
Mix together the aloe vera gel, lavender and calendula in an ovenproof glass container. Heat the mixture gently. You can do this by placing the container in the microwave for 1 minute on High or in a water bath on the stove top. Let the mixture sit and cool completely, then pour it into a clan container through a clean fine strainer to remove all the flower petals and solids. Store in a cool, dry, dark location inn a container with a tight fitting lid. Apply to your skin.
