¼ cup cornstarch
¼ cup rice flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
Mix ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Then pour the mixture into a clean, dry jar with a few holes punched in the lid. Sprinkle the powder on your skin before dressing, or over your bed sheets for good night's sleep!
