Cure-all pregnancy tea
Ingredients

This tea provides a great many nutrients to nourish your baby, uterus, and mind and can be drank at any time of the day. It contains chamomile to help calm the mind, peppermint and lemon balm for nausea, red raspberry leaf for vitamin c, and even a little ginger to stimulate digestion and calm a sick stomach. Drink 1 or 2 cups a day and you will notice a definate difference in how you feel.

2 pt. meadowsweet
2 pt chamomile
2 pt red raspberry leaf
2 pt red clover blossom
1 pt hops
1 pt marshmallow root
1 pt nettle
1 pt lemon balm
1 pt peppermint leaves

You may also grate in a little fresh ginger to help keep nausea at bay, but like with all other herbals, the key is not to overdo it. 

Procedure

Mix all ingredients together in a mortar and pestle and then bag. Use 1 tbsp. per 6 oz of boiling water and allow to steep 5 minutes. Sweeten with honey and/or add a little milk (if you like) and enjoy!

Store mixed tea in a dry, dark place in an airtight container.

Stomach Ache: A tea of mint, strawberry leaf, catnip and blackberry with one tablespoon of brandy should ease the stomach. An alternative is brown rice which is pulverized and allowed to stand in warm water for 15 minutes. To this add a dash of sugar, nutmeg and an uqual quantity of boiled mulk is added then drunk. An elixir said to ease sour stomachs is made from two pints of brandy, a half teaspoon of clove, two teaspoons cinnamon, and a pound of blackcurrant. Soak all together for two weeks and aff sugar to taste. Take by the teaspoon after meals.
