1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 med. banana - peeled
1 vitamin E capsule
-Mash together cream and banana. Stir in contents of capsule.
-Smooth onto face and neck. -Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. -Wipe off with damp cloth.

Milk Thistle: Whole and powdered seeds are available in the American market in capsules, tables, and tinctures. To ensure predictable effect, however, preparations must be standardized to 70 to 80 percent silymarin (the active constituent). Dose: The daily dose of standardized products is 420mg of silymarin divided into three doses. It should be taken for six to eight weeks, after which the dosage can be reduced to 280mg per day. Traditionally, 12-15g (2-3tsp) of dried poedered seeds are used for tea. Cautions: There are no serious side effects, contraindications, or drug interactions related to the use of milk thistle preparations. Loose stools may occur during the first few days of use.
