An Irish Toast
Irish Coffee: Black coffee, sugar and Irish whiskey topped with whipped cream. Irish coffee was supposedly created in the early 1950s by Joe Sheridan, a bartender at the Shannon Airport. It was publicized by travel writer Stanton Delaplane after he discovered it during his travels.
