1 tbs. dried rosemary or 2 tbs. fresh rosemary
2 tbs. dried chamomile flowers
4 cups water
2 tbs. dried or fresh rose petals
Combine all ingredients in a small glass or enameled pan
and boil uncovered over a medium heat for 10 minutes.
Cool to room temperature, then strain out the herbs.
Put liquid in a bottle with a lid and dab on with cotton,
OR put it in a spray bottle and spritz it on your skin. Rinse off.
This rinse will remove any traces of soap on your face.
As a "spray" it's great for "hot flashes" in pre menopausal woman! Refrigerate between uses.
Flowers and butterflies drift in color, illuminating spring.
