4 tablespoons vegetable glycerine
1 cup of rose water
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
5 drops of rose oil (optional)
2 drops of lavender oil (optional)
Combine the glycerine, rose water and cornstarch and heat over a double boiler to thicken. Cool and add the rose and lavender oil. Stir and apply to chapped or dry skin. Bottle the leftovers.
