2 TBLS carrier oil (St. John's Wort is the best for this)
4 drops each of lavender, juniper, rosemary and black pepper(or ginger if you have trouble finding black pepper)

Add carrier oil to a clean, dark, glass bottle. Add essential oils. Gently shake to mix before each use. Apply 2x's to the affected area.
