Massage Oil for Stress
2 Tbsp sweet almond (or vegetable oil)
10 drops Lavender essential oil
2 drops Neroli or Rose essential oil

In a shallow dish or bottle, add the essential oils. Add two tablespoons of warm vegetable oil or sweet almond oil. Mix well. Apply to the skin with slow rhythmic hand strokes, working towards the heart. Be sure to pay special attention to the hands, feet, and neck.
