STRESS BATH
5 drops marjoram (do not use if pregnant)
10 drops lavender

COLDS & FLU
5 drops eucalyptus
5 drops peppermint
5 drops lavender
2 Tbs vitamin C crystals
8 drops thyme

HEADACHES
for the following use 2 drops for a compress;
5 drops for a bath
--peppermint for any headache
--lavendar for neck-tension or eye strain
--chamomile for gastric or nervous tension

CALMING & REFRESHING
10 drops bergamot
5 drops balm
3 drops swiss pine
3 drops grapefruit
2 drops myrtle

EXHAUSTED AND NEED TO SLEEP?
2 drops clary oil
1 drop vetiver
4 drops lemon
